Güllü's forensic report released! Definite cause of death determined

In the incident that occurred on September 26 in the Çınarcık district of Yalova, Gül Tut, a well-known name in arabesque music known by her stage name Güllü, lost her life after falling from the window of her 6th-floor apartment. Police and medical teams arriving at the scene determined that Güllü had passed away. Her body was taken to Yalova Training and Research Hospital for an autopsy and was laid to rest in Tuzla, Istanbul, on September 27.

FORENSIC REPORT DETAILS

The report prepared by the Yalova Forensic Medicine Branch Directorate stated that numerous traumatic findings associated with a fall from a height were detected on Güllü's body. It was announced that serious injuries, including brain hemorrhage, neck trauma, bone fractures, and internal organ injuries, caused her death. No acute traumatic changes were detected during the sexual examination.

HIGH ALCOHOL LEVEL FOUND IN BLOOD

The toxicological examination in the report stated that 3.53 promille of ethanol was found in Güllü's blood, but there were no signs of poisoning. Furthermore, no DNA profile other than Güllü's was found in the biological examinations. According to the assessment of the First Specialization Board, Güllü's death occurred as a result of internal bleeding due to general body trauma. The report has been submitted to the Yalova Chief Public Prosecutor's Office to be added to the investigation file.
