Similarly, Manos Malliaros described their experience in a post on his social media account, saying, "Nothing will ever be the same again, but I have gained a brother in this process."

Doctors state that while Floros' recovery process is ongoing, a second surgical intervention is also on the agenda due to the severe damage to his leg.
