Following the guidance of her doctors, the artist began searching for a suitable donor and counted down the days to the bone marrow transplant operation, which is considered a major turning point in the treatment of the disease. The transplant, initially scheduled for March 29, was moved up to an earlier date, March 26. Before the surgery, Cansever had reached out to her followers, asking for their "prayers and support."

Following the operation, her manager Erhan Arı made hopeful statements regarding her health status on social media. Arı stated, "Cansever's months-long leukemia treatment was successfully concluded with the bone marrow transplant operation that took place on Thursday, March 26. Her treatment will continue in the hospital for some time. We thank all our loved ones who have supported us during this process. Please keep your prayers coming."

Throughout her treatment, Cansever openly shared the difficulties she faced with her followers from time to time.
