How to make a return on Amazon?

To return an item you ordered:

Select the order and select Return items.

Select the item you want to return and specify a reason from the Reason for return menu.

Select how the return will be processed.

If the product was sold by Amazon.com.tr, select where your refund will be issued. We can issue your refund as a gift card balance to your Amazon account or to the card you used for payment. Then select Continue.

Select your return shipping method.

There are two ways to return your product:

Return with a contracted shipping code (free).

View your Return Shipping Code for the contracted shipping company. It may take up to 2 hours for this code to become active, and the code is valid for 7 days from the date it is generated.

I will pay for the shipping and courier fees (paid).

You can also choose to return the product with a shipping company other than the contracted one. In this case, you pay the shipping fee. Amazon will refund a maximum of 20 TL to your gift card balance as a shipping fee refund. You can view your gift card balance on the My Account page. Print your label and return authorization number.

Tip: Each return label is assigned to a specific return transaction. To ensure you receive the correct refund, do not put items or shipments from multiple orders in the same box.

Attach your return label (if applicable) and pack your products for return.

Pack the products in accordance with the instructions sent to you after you have requested a return via the Returns Center.

You can view the status of your return or refund by selecting View Return/Refund Status next to the relevant order on the Your Orders page.
