New developments continue to emerge regarding the couple Dilan Polat and Engin Polat, who have been on Turkey's agenda for weeks. It had been claimed that Dilan Polat was pregnant. Journalist Emrullah Erdinç spoke about this allegation, which has been circulating on social media.
An investigation was launched against Engin Polat and Dilan Polat for the crimes of "establishing an organization for the purpose of committing crimes," "prevention of laundering proceeds of crime," "laundering assets derived from crime," and "violation of the tax law."
Fourteen people, including Dilan Polat, Engin Polat, Sezgin Polat, Alper Kürşat Polat, Sinem Sıla Doğu, Can Doğu, and Can Polat, were arrested on Sunday, November 5, as part of the investigation.
Due to a letter from the Ministry of Justice, Dilan Polat was transferred to the high-security Çorlu Prison.

Following all these developments, it was claimed that Dilan Polat was expecting a baby and was therefore frequently taken to the infirmary.
Journalist Emrullah Erdinç, in a statement to 2. Sayfa, said, "Dilan Polat is not pregnant. She is not expecting a baby. Therefore, the news reports are not true."
