Judicial control and travel ban for Banu Parlak

Singer and social media influencer Banu Parlak went to the Küçükçekmece Courthouse Enforcement Office regarding the sale of a vehicle, aiming to remove a lien on the vehicle she intended to sell.
REFERRED TO COURT
After officials stated that the opposing party's lawyer needed to drop the lien for it to be removed, Banu Parlak allegedly insulted the officials.
Following the enforcement officials' report of the situation to the prosecutor, Parlak was referred to court.
Banu Parlak, who was placed under judicial control and issued a travel ban, was subsequently released.
