Lost dog found on Müge Anlı
7-year-old Ömür Deva, whose dog named 'Leydi' went missing, asked Müge Anlı for help. The lost dog was found after 4 days.
The 4-year-old Pomeranian named 'Leydi', which the Doğan family adopted 2 years ago, went missing in the Uğur Mumcu neighborhood of Sultangazi, Istanbul.
7-year-old Ömür Deva, who came to the Müge Anlı studio to find Leydi, asked for the dog she saw as a sibling to be found.
Investigative journalist Müge Anlı, who has reunited many animals with their homes to date through the lost pet search network Pati Buldular, found Leydi.
Müge Anlı and her team took action this time for little Deva and her dog Leydi. Leydi was searched for everywhere in the neighborhood where she went missing. Teams from the Environmental, Nature and Animal Protection Bureau of the Istanbul Public Security Branch also launched an investigation for Leydi. Security cameras in the area were examined one by one.
INTERVIEW HELD WITH THE SHOP OWNER
According to reports, it was determined from the examined footage that a woman had picked up Leydi, who was wandering the street near Deva's school, and taken her away. The Müge Anlı team determined that the woman who took Leydi from the street had gone to a pet shop that day. After an interview with the shop owner, the woman's identity was determined and the process of Leydi's return home began.
The person who saw and took Leydi from the street claimed that she had given the dog to someone else so that they would adopt her.
Upon this, the Environmental, Nature and Animal Protection Bureau teams took Leydi from the address where she was found and delivered her to her family. Deva, whose troubles were solved by Müge Anlı, was reunited with Leydi, whom the family saw as a member of the family, after 4 days.
