"My death will be announced soon. My liver is finished. I am not even going to the doctor. I have chosen to die. The cause of my death is cirrhosis. I was previously diagnosed with liver cancer. However, if my dog continues to live after I die, please take care of it."

Akay stated that Harika Avcı is fighting a serious health battle due to liver cirrhosis. He said that the famous artist's biggest concern during this difficult process is the fate of her little companion living with her.
