Femicides in Turkey show no signs of stopping. The brutal murders of women in Fatih have become the primary focus of Turkey's agenda.
Famous artist Tarkan made a striking post on his social media account regarding the issue.
"I HAVE BECOME ASHAMED OF MY MASCULINITY"
Sharing a photo of those protesting for the young women murdered in front of the city walls, Tarkan wrote, "Women, children, nature, animals... Whatever evil befalls the world, it is because of men. Violence, murder, harassment, rape, wars... I have become ashamed of my masculinity. I am with you with all my heart and support, women."

In his next post, the Megastar recalled the law prepared by the AKP that mandates euthanasia for stray dogs, stating the following:
"Round up the stray psychopaths, not the stray animals! We want safe streets."
