Unfortunate kickboxer breaks his shin while kicking his opponent in the ring
Tunisian kickboxer Wadi Dridi, who was competing for a title belt against Eskişehir-native national kickboxer Doğan Kılıç at a tournament held in Eskişehir, suffered a broken shin during the match.
The fierce competition between athletes at the Essa Fight Championships, held at the Eskişehir Şehit Anıl Gül Sports Hall, provided a thrilling experience for sports fans. Eskişehir-native national kickboxer Doğan Kılıç also stepped into the ring for a title match against Tunisian Wadi Dridi during the kickboxing night.
During the first round of the match, as the two sides were sizing each other up, Tunisian kickboxer Wadi Dridi's shin broke as a result of a kick he threw. The young athlete collapsed to the ground in pain.
Following the unfortunate accident, the Tunisian athlete was taken to the hospital and placed under treatment. After the match, Eskişehir-native kickboxer Doğan Kılıç, who secured the belt, visited his injured opponent in the hospital.
