Ilber Ortayli's 'No one should come to Istanbul' outburst
Commenting on Istanbul being ranked the second most difficult city to live in, Prof. Dr. Ilber Ortayli stated, "No one should come to Istanbul, we don't want them."

Ortayli's remarks regarding Istanbul being chosen as the second most difficult city to live in drew attention.
