16-year-old boy dies after lumber falls on him in workshop
A 16-year-old boy working in a furniture workshop in Aksaray has died after lumber fell on him, leaving behind a video of himself working that he had shared on social media 18 hours earlier.
The incident occurred at a furniture workshop in the village of Sokarlı in the Eskil district of Aksaray. According to the information obtained, 16-year-old Ruhi Can Çıracı, who was allegedly working at the furniture workshop, was critically injured when lumber fell on him while he was working.

Upon notification, medical teams were dispatched to the scene, but the child could not be saved despite all interventions and lost his life.
The business owner Battal Ü., his brother Mehmet Akif Ü., and an individual named Zeki U. who worked with them were taken into custody by the Eskil District Police Department in connection with the incident.
An investigation has been launched by the Eskil Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the incident, which is currently being examined by the police.
Meanwhile, a video of the child working, which he had shared on social media 18 hours before his death, has emerged.
