The earthquake occurred at a depth of 7 kilometers.
Earthquakes with magnitudes of 4.8 at 20:47 and 4.4 at 22:00 had previously occurred in the Aegean Sea.
According to AFAD data, 938 earthquakes were recorded in the Aegean Sea between January 28 and 16:00 today.
