Armed attack on a business in Bodrum

In an incident that occurred in the early morning hours in the tourist neighborhood of Gümbet in Bodrum, an individual arrived on a motorcycle and opened fire on a business. It was noted that the attacker was wearing a hood and a ski mask.

Following the incident, the attacker fled the scene rapidly, and police teams were put on alert.

Police teams arrived at the scene shortly after and determined that the windows of the business had been shattered.

Bullet casings found in the vicinity were collected. Fortunately, as the business was closed, no one was injured or killed in the incident.

The event caused great fear and panic in the neighborhood. The police have begun reviewing security footage from local businesses and MOBESE cameras to apprehend the attacker. The business owners went to the District Police Department to file a complaint.
