Brand-new car purchased in Muğla by a man from Manisa turns out to be damaged
Fatih Vural, a resident of the Salihli district of Manisa, traveled to Muğla to purchase a brand-new Peugeot vehicle for 1 million 300 thousand liras, only to take it to an expert appraisal in his hometown due to suspicions.
Vural, who was shocked to learn that the brand-new car he bought with his life savings was damaged, has filed a criminal complaint against the authorized dealership.
Fatih Vural (41), a resident of the Salihli district of Manisa, decided to use his savings to buy a brand-new Peugeot 308 model vehicle.
Finding the car he was looking for in Muğla, Vural traveled to the Turgut Peugeot Dealership on his own. Vural, who took delivery of his vehicle in February, took it to an expert appraisal after a friend told him a few days later that the car had been painted. Vural was greatly astonished by what he learned. The appraisal revealed that there were local paint jobs in various parts of the vehicle and that certain points had been tampered with.

"THEY EVEN PAINTED THE PILLARS OF THE CAR"
Vural, who experienced the shock of his life, said, "It turns out the car I bought as brand-new was a damaged vehicle. In short, they sold me a damaged, refurbished car as brand-new."
Vehicle owner Vural continued his words as follows: "I took delivery of the car as brand-new from the Turgut Peugeot Dealership in Muğla in February.
After bringing my car to Salihli, I went to see a friend at the industrial site. My friend told me that my car had been painted. Due to my suspicions, I took my car to an expert appraisal. The appraisal determined that there were local paint jobs in various parts of my car. They even painted my car up to the pillars.

Furthermore, there is excessive tampering on the fender and hood; they have been removed and reinstalled. There are excessive signs of wear on the screws, the pins on the doors have hammer marks and are crushed, and in the engine compartment, there are marks on parts belonging to the turbo as if they were cut with an angle grinder. However, I was absolutely not informed of these when I bought my car. I reported these to the headquarters. They told me to take my car to the dealership where I bought it.
I took my car back to the dealership. The dealership examined it and told me that there were removed and reinstalled parts on my car, that they had detected non-factory paint, and that they would report this to the headquarters.
A week later, they called me from the headquarters and told me that the vehicle was original and that it had come off the assembly line that way. When they said this, I experienced a second shock. They are absolutely not accepting their faults and mistakes right now. From now on, we will initiate our legal processes."
