Chain-reaction accident in Şanlıurfa
Eight people, one of whom is in critical condition, were injured in a chain-reaction traffic accident involving 4 vehicles in Şanlıurfa.
According to the information obtained, the accident occurred around 23:30 at night on Necmettin Cevheri Boulevard, on the Diyarbakır road in the center of Şanlıurfa.
It is alleged that the vehicles with license plates 63 B 0882, 80 LL 844, 42 AOU 349, and the BMW-branded vehicle with license plate 63 İfşaatlar 001, all traveling from the city center toward Karaköprü, collided with each other.

Two of the vehicles crossed into the opposite lane after breaking through iron railings, while one of the other two vehicles overturned and came to a stop upside down at the entrance gate of the Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services.

Eight people were injured in the accident. The injured were taken to various hospitals in the city by ambulances called to the scene.

It was learned that the condition of one of the injured, Memduh O., who is being treated at Mehmet Akif İnan Training and Research Hospital, is critical.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
