Container rendered unusable in fire

A fire that broke out in the early hours of the morning in the Menderes neighborhood of Hatay's Kırıkhan district caused panic as a container was engulfed in flames. Citizens in the vicinity noticed the rising smoke and flames at the time of the incident and immediately notified the 112 Emergency Call Center.

Hatay Metropolitan Municipality Fire Department teams arrived at the scene shortly after the fire report and brought the flames under control with an intensive intervention. Despite the efforts, the container affected by the fire was rendered completely unusable. While the cause of the fire has not yet been announced, it was learned that investigations into the incident are ongoing.

Fortunately, there were no injuries in the fire, and the extent of the material damage was revealed during inspections conducted in the morning hours. While neighborhood residents experienced brief anxiety due to the incident, calm returned to the neighborhood once the extinguishing efforts were quickly completed.
