Doctor who harassed patient in custody
An internal medicine doctor working at Suruç State Hospital has been taken into custody on allegations of harassing a female patient. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
The incident took place at Suruç State Hospital. According to allegations, Internal Medicine Specialist Dr. H.F.V. harassed a female patient, L.İ. (25), who had come for an examination.
Following this, when the woman went to the hospital for a follow-up check, she placed her mobile phone on the edge of the window in the room to record, thereby exposing the harassment.
L.İ. went to the police with the footage she recorded and filed a complaint against the doctor.
Within the scope of the investigation initiated by the prosecutor's office, the doctor, H.F.V., was taken into custody by the police and brought to the police station.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
