Fire breaks out at tire warehouse in Hatay
A tire dealership and warehouse in the Payas district of Hatay have been engulfed in flames.
The fire occurred at a tire dealership and warehouse located on the D91 highway in the Payas district.
Upon notification by bystanders, firefighting teams were dispatched to the scene.
Firefighting teams from the Hatay Metropolitan Municipality are continuing their efforts to extinguish the blaze, during which explosions have occurred from time to time. The cause of the fire is not yet known.
While police took precautions to prevent the fire from spreading to other businesses, the fire was brought under control following the prolonged intervention of the firefighting teams.
