Girlfriend dispute ends in murder
In Nevşehir, a knife fight between children, allegedly over a girlfriend, resulted in the death of one child.
According to the information obtained, the incident occurred in front of the Mehmet Gülen Secondary School in the central Emek neighborhood, where a dispute allegedly broke out between F.A. (15) and M.M.K. (14) over a girlfriend.
As the argument escalated, M.M.K. stabbed F.A. in the chest with a knife he was carrying. Upon notification, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene.
The severely injured F.A. was taken to the hospital by ambulance after the initial intervention by medical teams, while M.M.K. was apprehended by the teams along with the knife used in the crime. Despite all interventions at the hospital, F.A. could not be saved and lost his life, while an investigation into the incident has been launched.
Suspect brought to the police station
On the other hand, the suspect M.M.K., who was caught and taken into custody, was taken to the police station by the teams after his procedures at the forensic medicine office.
