He opened his debtor's grave and wanted to burn the corpse: 'Today was my payment day'

The incident took place on April 20 at the Ervah Cemetery. According to the information obtained, it was determined that Abdullah Köse (40), who was found dead 8 days ago in Aksaray after being shot with a rifle by shepherds, had committed suicide following a police investigation.

Aladdin Y., who had lent approximately 400 thousand liras to Abdullah Köse, who took his own life, for business purposes, went to the grave on the evening of April 20, the payment day, after he could not get his money back following Köse's death.

At the grave of Köse in the Ervah Cemetery, Aladdin Y. first began talking to the grave, and after a while, he seemingly went mad, hurling insults and profanities at his deceased debtor.

Aladdin Y., who partially opened the grave of the deceased Abdullah Köse, also started a live broadcast on his social media and said to the deceased person during the stream, "Escaping isn't that easy, I will burn you under the ground."

Broadcasting everything he did live on video and having opened part of the grave, Aladdin Y. then poured a flammable substance onto the grave and set it on fire.

Aladdin Y. tore off the wooden marker at the head of the grave with the deceased's name written on it and set that on fire as well. While continuing to open the grave with the fire, and on the other hand hurling profanities and insults at the deceased, Aladdin Y. said, "Yes Apo, we've come full circle, look. Escaping isn't that easy or simple, brother. Where are you running to? Let the calls to prayer be my witness, you cannot eat my money and just leave, I won't accept that. I didn't give you the sustenance of my children for you to eat."

HE WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AND RELEASED

The relatives of the deceased Abdullah Köse, who saw the live broadcast, immediately reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Upon the report, numerous police teams were dispatched to the cemetery. The police teams, who arrived at Abdullah Köse's grave in a short time, caught Aladdin Y. at the burning grave while he was opening it.

While the individual was calmed down and taken into custody with difficulty, the fire in the grave was extinguished by the police and security guards. The Aksaray Municipality Cemetery Branch teams closed the opened grave again. Aladdin Y., who was taken to the police station for questioning, was released with "judicial control" conditions by the judicial authorities to whom he was referred after his procedures there.
