Inheritance dispute in İzmir: Victim attacked with a whip

In the Bayraklı district of İzmir, four individuals who wanted a share from the sale of an inherited villa forced a person identified as B.A. into a car and demanded money. When B.A. resisted this demand, he attempted to escape by jumping from the vehicle.

After jumping from the car, B.A. was beaten with a whip and fists by the four individuals who followed him. Police teams, arriving at the scene following reports from local citizens, found B.A. covered in blood and transported him to the hospital.

INHERITANCE DISPUTE TURNS VIOLENT

According to B.A.'s statement, individuals known to him, identified as B.M., A.A., Ç.Y., and O.E.İ., forced him into the car to demand a share of the money obtained from the sale of the inherited villa. B.A. stated that he was beaten and his mobile phone was forcibly taken when he objected.

SUSPECTS APPREHENDED

Following the incident, B.M. and A.A. surrendered to the police, handing over the mobile phone and the whip they had brought with them. The other suspects, Ç.Y. and O.E.İ., were also taken into custody shortly thereafter. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
