Murder suspect brothers arrested
In the Efeler district of Aydın, two brothers among the suspects referred to the courthouse in connection with an armed fight that resulted in one person's death have been arrested, while one suspect was released under judicial control.
The incident occurred on April 29 on Muğla Boulevard. According to the information obtained, an argument broke out between two groups for an as-yet-unknown reason.
During the scuffle that ensued when the argument turned into a fight, Ömer İncekaya (36), who was targeted by bullets fired from a gun, lost his life at the scene.
Upon notification, police and medical teams were dispatched to the area. The lifeless body of the deceased, İncekaya, was taken to the hospital morgue.
While the police were conducting an operation to apprehend the murder suspects, murder suspects O.D. (25), B.D. (23), and S.E.B. (17) went to the police station and surrendered. The three suspects, whose procedures at the police station were completed, were referred to the courthouse.
The brothers O.D. and B.D., who were brought before a judge at the courthouse, were arrested and sent to prison, while the suspect named S.E.B. was released under judicial control.
