Pharmacist shot and killed by former employee in Diyarbakır
In the Kayapınar district of Diyarbakır, a former employee who claimed he had not received his salary shot and killed the pharmacy owner.
In an incident that occurred in the Huzurevleri neighborhood of Diyarbakır's Kayapınar district, pharmacy owner Ufuk Yıldız argued with a former employee over a salary dispute. As the argument escalated, the individual, whose identity has not yet been determined, opened fire on Yıldız with a gun.
Police and medical teams were quickly dispatched to the scene. Yıldız, who was critically injured, passed away at the private hospital to which he was taken following intervention by medical personnel.
The police have launched a large-scale investigation to apprehend the suspect, who fled the scene after the incident.
