Soldier who shot himself loses his life
A soldier who shot himself with his service weapon in Bolu has lost his life.
The incident occurred in the evening hours at the Bolu F-Type Closed Prison.
According to the information obtained, A.Ç., who was on guard duty in a tower, shot himself with his weapon. Upon notification, 112 emergency health personnel were dispatched to the scene.
Examinations by the health personnel determined that the soldier had lost his life at the scene.
An investigation into the incident has been initiated.
