In the megacity, traffic is flowing smoothly this morning on the D-100 highway, the TEM motorway, the Bosphorus bridges, and the Eurasia Tunnel, where heavy traffic is usually experienced during morning rush hours on workdays.

According to data from the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality's Cep Trafik map, traffic density is measured at 17 percent on the Anatolian side, 22 percent on the European side, and 20 percent across the city as a whole.

A sense of calm is also observed in public transport vehicles and at stations.
