The incident occurred recently at the Kavacık Junction in Beykoz.
According to allegations, the vehicle with license plate 34 RS 1854, which was traveling in the emergency lane, rammed a car that was driving in its own lane because it did not yield.
When the driver in front did not stop, the car violating the emergency lane intentionally rammed the vehicle three times in a row, causing damage.
