Narrow escape from disaster in Kahramanmaraş: Market warehouse reduced to ashes!
A fire that broke out for unknown reasons in a market warehouse in Kahramanmaraş caused panic. Residents in the area stated that they heard explosion sounds, and it was understood that a disaster was narrowly averted.
The fire broke out in a market warehouse on the 2nd floor of a 3-story building in the Saçaklızade neighborhood of the Onikişubat district.
FLAMES THAT GREW SUDDENLY CAUSED PANIC

Upon notification, Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality fire crews were dispatched to the address. The teams intervened in the flames, which grew suddenly, and extinguished the fire.
Material damage occurred in the warehouse, where cooling efforts are ongoing.
EXPLOSION SOUNDS WERE HEARD
Yunus Fedakar, who lives on the floor above the warehouse, said, "I heard explosion sounds. I was at home at the time, so I turned off the natural gas valves and went outside. The fire crews intervened and extinguished it."

Police investigations following the fire are continuing.
