Tense moments occurred recently at a gas station on Girne Boulevard in the Özgür neighborhood of Adana's Yüreğir district. According to allegations, Serdar D. (24) and Enes G. (22) began arguing with Umut Ayyıldız (24) for an as-yet-unknown reason. The argument quickly turned into a fight, and after being punched in the head, the young man fell to the ground and lost consciousness.

Serdar D. and Enes G., who initiated the argument, fled the scene on a motorcycle. It was noted that the gas station attendant watched the events unfold as if watching a movie.

HE SUFFERED A BRAIN HEMORRHAGE

Medical teams dispatched to the area upon notification determined that Ayyıldız had suffered a brain hemorrhage and immediately rushed him to the hospital. Police teams apprehended the attackers, who had fled on a motorcycle, in the Sarıçam neighborhood and took them into custody.

After their statements were taken, Serdar D. and Enes G. were referred to the duty magistrate, arrested, and sent to prison. It was learned that Ayyıldız's treatment in the intensive care unit is ongoing.
