They chased an ambulance and raided the hospital in Eskişehir!

An ambulance with license plate 26 E 2371, which was traveling at the Mamuca Junction in the Erenköy neighborhood of Eskişehir's Odunpazarı district, attempted to give way to a car with license plate 26 FK 695. However, the people in the vehicle became angry for an unknown reason and began to follow the ambulance. During the chase, which lasted for minutes, the ambulance was forced to enter wrong-way lanes and narrowly avoided accidents multiple times.

The ambulance, which found refuge at the Eskişehir Ambulance Service Chief Physician's Office during the escape, found itself in the middle of a new tension when the vehicle pursuing it also entered the facility. According to the health personnel's claims, 2 people got out of the vehicle, shouted, and headed toward the ambulance, and began hitting the vehicle despite the health workers locking the doors.

It was alleged that only one team arrived at the scene upon the police call and that the individuals were not subjected to an alcohol test. According to the claims, a minibus full of people called by the attackers also arrived at the institution and effectively raided it. The group, which was removed by police warning, continued to wait in front of the gate.

One of the individuals, upon learning that he would be taken into custody, first tried to apologize to the medical team but was unsuccessful. After avoiding answering questions from members of the press by laughing, he defended himself by saying, “My personal rights are being attacked.”

HEALTH WORKERS COULD NOT CONTINUE THEIR DUTIES

Following the tension, the health workers stated that they could not continue their duties due to the violence they were subjected to. Police teams have launched an investigation into the incident.
