THY announces: Cabin crew salaries have been determined

Turkish Airlines (THY) offers a work environment that many dream of, thanks to its corporate structure, the opportunities it provides, and its high salaries.

Candidates who want to become cabin crew members can enter this profession after successfully completing an intense and challenging process. THY has announced the salary table and raise rates for cabin crew for the year 2025.

2025 RAISE RATES ANNOUNCED

According to THY's 28th Term Collective Bargaining Agreement, employee salaries will be increased by 15.75% as of January 1, 2025.

In addition, with the 1.57% inflation adjustment, the total increase will be 17.32%.

Furthermore, an additional 10% increase will be applied on top of the last 6-month CPI rate.

HOW MUCH ARE CABIN CREW SALARIES?

As of 2025, the salaries of newly hired cabin crew members start at 70 thousand TL and can go up to 100 thousand TL.

The salary range increases as experience is gained. The salaries of experienced cabin crew members range between 100 thousand TL and 160 thousand TL.

Cabin crew members who serve on long-haul flights or hold managerial positions can receive even higher salaries.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS AND PAYMENTS

In addition to salaries, THY offers various extra payments and benefits to cabin crew members.

While extra payments are made for domestic and international flights, daily flight allowances for long-haul flights range between 1,000 TL and 7,500 TL.

ALL EXPENSES COVERED

For international flights, cabin crew members' hotel accommodation and meal expenses are fully covered by THY.

Overtime payments are made in accordance with international standards, and employees also benefit from comprehensive health insurance advantages. Additionally, extra payments and daily per diems from international flights are provided to employees.
