Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç shared a post marking the 11th anniversary of the 17-25 December process.

Tunç stated, "Under the leadership of our President, we will continue our struggle against the remnants of the tutelary mentality, treacherous terrorist organizations, and evil centers that want to shackle our country with determination, just as we have for 22 years. We will never give an opportunity to those pursuing dirty ambitions."

In his statement on his social media account on the 11th anniversary of the 17-25 December events, Minister Tunç said, "There is no power above the national will, and there cannot be. Turkey is not a country that can be brought into line or forced to bow down through threats, insidious traps, and dirty games. The 17-25 December coup attempt is one of the treacherous operations of tutelary centers, the dirty mentality, and evil forces that cannot digest the growth and strengthening of our country under the leadership of our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. The tutelary mentality, which has blocked our country's path with coups every 10 years, wanted to reach the dark ambitions they could not achieve through the closure case, the 367 crisis, the e-memorandum, the MIT plot, and the Gezi events, by using FETÖ, which had insidiously nested within the state, through the police and the judiciary. We thwarted this treacherous attempt, which targeted our constitutional order and democratic gains with fake evidence on 17-25 December, with the strong leadership of our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, and the unwavering trust our dear nation has in its leader. Just as in the 15 July treacherous coup and occupation attempt, we never let the flag of national will fall to the ground."

'WE WILL CONTINUE WITH DETERMINATION'

Emphasizing that they will never give an opportunity to those pursuing dirty ambitions, Tunç stated, "Under the leadership of our President, we will continue our struggle against the remnants of the tutelary mentality, treacherous terrorist organizations, and evil centers that want to shackle our country with determination, just as we have for 22 years. We will never give an opportunity to those pursuing dirty ambitions. We will continue to work day and night to raise the standards of our democracy, to protect and strengthen fundamental rights and freedoms, and to ensure the manifestation of justice based on the rule of law. By fortifying our internal front, we will carry our country to a more peaceful future with the strength we receive from our nation."
