A first occurred in 22 years during the Interior Ministry budget session at the TBMM. CHP, IYI Party, and TİP deputies announced their satisfaction with the work of Minister Ali Yerlikaya and his team, particularly in the fight against criminal gangs, and sent a message stating, "The public and politicians are behind you."

According to the report in Sözcü, CHP Antalya Deputy Mustafa Erdem pointed to former Minister Soylu, saying, "I congratulate you on your determination to dismantle these gangs. But it is not hard to guess who paved the way for these gangs."

CHP Malatya Deputy Veli Ağbaba also commented, "Every thief, mafia member, and fraudster was taking pictures with Soylu and appearing in public. You have made a good start."

Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya made an implicit statement regarding the comparison of his actions in the budget with former Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu.

Yerlikaya said the following:

"In the fight against crime, the stance of the 9 ministers before me and the ministers who will come after me will be the same. Everyone has their own way of doing things, and this is mine... I have never intentionally hurt anyone.
