"Dear Deputy,

My dear fellow traveler;

We are a strong team that carries the revolutionary legacy of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk in our hearts. We know very well that the Republican People's Party is much more than a political party; that the memory of justice, democracy, and independence of these lands finds its embodiment under this honorable roof.

We are going through a difficult and sensitive process. I deeply feel the weight of the burden on all of your shoulders.

In times when the political climate hardens, we must move beyond personal ambitions and impulsive reactions, acting with complete institutional seriousness and unwavering unity. Our party's rules, bylaws, and parliamentary group internal regulations are not just legislation for ordinary times, but our common contract that protects our party discipline and guides us in extraordinary conditions as well. The boundaries, authorities, and responsibilities of every title and position we hold are clearly regulated in the relevant texts of our party. This institutional framework is our common law.

My primary goal in this process is to maintain our party's institutional reputation at the highest level while protecting your strong will and efforts in Parliament.

Tens of millions of our citizens believe in the values our party represents, wish to entrust their children to the bright future of the republic, and live with a longing for a humane and just order in these lands.

We do not have the luxury of creating an environment for any resentment or fragmentation. At this historic threshold where we will build our future, we must take care to unite and make our language more unifying than ever before.
