The Ankara 36th Civil Chamber has issued a ruling of absolute nullity in the lawsuit filed regarding the cancellation of the Republican People's Party's (CHP) 38th Ordinary Congress, which was held last year.
During the implementation process of the ruling, the management team that brought Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu to the head of the party had taken steps to evacuate the headquarters building accompanied by law enforcement officers. Following the instructions given by the Governor's Office, riot police teams initiated evacuation procedures in the building; the use of tear gas and plastic bullets was also recorded during this process.
Finally, the court document containing the 'absolute nullity' verdict was posted in the glass-enclosed area at the main entrance of the CHP Headquarters.
