After Ali Yerlikaya, Mehmet Şimşek also asks for votes for Murat Kurum: 'Our companies will win'

Treasury and Finance Minister Mehmet Şimşek attended the "Southeastern Table Istanbul Meeting" program.

Speaking at the event, Şimşek stated that they had gathered to support the campaign of Murat Kurum, the People's Alliance candidate for Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) Mayor.

Asking for support for Murat Kurum, Şimşek said that if Kurum wins the IMM, companies will also win.

"OUR COMPANIES WILL WORK WITH EFFICIENCY"

Minister Şimşek noted the following:

"If the metropolitan municipality works well, believe me, we will have more efficient companies. Because you will spend less time commuting from home to work and from work to home. Therefore, if our brother Murat comes and metro projects accelerate, everyone wins. Our working brothers and sisters win and experience less stress, and our companies win and work with higher efficiency. We need to catch up with the digital age, and the way to make a difference for that is to strongly support our brother Murat."

YERLİKAYA HAD ALSO ASKED FOR VOTES FOR KURUM

On the other hand, Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya had also asked for support for Murat Kurum in recent days. 

Yerlikaya had used the expressions, “On the evening of March 31, God willing, are we electing our Mayor Deniz Köken in the first count in the district, and immediately after, our Mayor Murat Kurum to the metropolitan municipality with pride? There are now 30 days left until the election. 91 works are very important. I call this 10 percent.”
