Journalist Fatih Atik asked AKP Group Chairman Abdullah Güler about the new Constitution process and the exclusion of New Welfare Party leader Fatih Erbakan from the tea reception held at the TBMM during a live broadcast.

Güler stated that both TBMM Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş and the AKP would embark on a tour regarding the new Constitution, and that no changes would be made to the first 4 articles.

Atik wrote in his post, "According to reports from the AK Party, the 'Partisan President' system, which the opposition criticizes heavily, could be discussed." Regarding Erbakan's exclusion from the tea reception, Güler said, "It did not develop as a planned event. It was suggested by the Speaker of the Parliament at that moment. It happened because it developed in the moment; it was not within the framework of a special plan."

Atik conveyed what AKP Group Chairman Güler, who was a guest on TGRT Haber, said via his social media account. Writing that "Both Numan Kurtulmuş and the AK Party will embark on a tour regarding the new Constitution," Atik used the following expressions regarding Güler's answers:
