Ankara corridors stir: Erdoğan prepares for 'restructuring'

According to a report by Merve Kılıç from Cumhuriyet, it is stated that the implementation of a comprehensive change plan, which President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has reportedly been working on for a long time, is on the agenda.
It is noted that the plan in question is not limited to the cabinet but includes a broad restructuring covering different levels of state administration.
POSSIBLE CABINET REVISION SCENARIO
According to the allegations, it is being discussed that 4 or 5 ministers in the current cabinet could be dismissed or reassigned.
It is suggested that the change will be shaped according to performance evaluations and criteria for contribution to the election process.
It is also stated that the reassignment of some names to different election-focused roles in the new period is being evaluated.
CLAIMS OF BROAD RESTRUCTURING IN STATE ADMINISTRATION
It is alleged that broader steps aimed at re-establishing the balance between politics and bureaucracy, not just the cabinet, are being planned in the corridors.
It is claimed that names with backgrounds as members of parliament, governors, and mayors could be included in the new cabinet structure.
Furthermore, it is stated that changing the vice presidency system and increasing the number of positions in this role may come to the agenda.
CHANGE PLANS IN BUREAUCRACY AND PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS
While it is claimed that a comprehensive appointment decree could be prepared for the security bureaucracy, it is also suggested that high-level changes are on the agenda in some public institutions.
Among the allegations is information that a change of general managers is planned in two public banks and that large-scale staff revisions are being evaluated in ministries.
It is also reported that there is an expectation of change in party organizations, especially in regions evaluated as having low performance.
