Another call from Özgür Özel after Eid prayer!

CHP Chairman Özgür Özel, who performed his Eid prayer at the Hatuniye Mosque in Manisa, exchanged holiday greetings with citizens after the prayer. Responding to journalists' questions outside the mosque, Özel made statements regarding the recent debates within the CHP and the "new party" claims.

Responding to the question "Will you establish a new party?", Özel stated that they are not involved in any such preparation. Özel said, "At this stage, there is no need for anyone to leave. We do not have a situation like founding a new party."

"EVERYONE IS CALLING FOR AN ELECTION"

Stating that there is an expectation for an election within the party, Özel said, "We want the election to be held in our party as soon as possible. Our 81 provincial chairs, all our members, everyone is calling for an election."

In his statement, Özel also spoke about Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu. The CHP leader said, "We hope that Kılıçdaroğlu will not attempt to manage a party that he did not come to lead through an election."

"NO ONE SHOULD LEAVE THEIR PARTY"

Making a call to the CHP base, Özel said that party members should not resign. Özel stated, "There are those who say let's resign. No one should leave their party or resign. We will resolve this issue somehow."
