Another shock for the Özgür Özel administration! Control of bank accounts passes to the Kılıçdaroğlu administration

The repercussions of the "absolute nullity" ruling issued by the Ankara 36th Regional Court of Justice regarding the Republican People's Party (CHP) continue. This court ruling was put into effect following the initiative of the lawyers representing Lütfi Savaş, who filed the lawsuit. In accordance with the decision, access to the CHP's bank accounts by the party headquarters and the administration led by Özgür Özel has been frozen.

The suspension of access to bank accounts has also affected the management of funds, particularly the aid received from the Treasury and funds generated from the party's routine activities. In light of these developments, control of the CHP's financial resources has been transferred back to Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu and his management team.
