Bahçeli did not attend the group meeting after the holiday either
MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli had stated that he would attend the group meeting at the Turkish Grand National Assembly after the holiday. Bahçeli did not attend the group meeting today either.
The Nationalist Movement Party's (MHP) group meeting, which was expected to be held at the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) today at 10:30, has been canceled once again. Thus, the MHP's last group meeting in Parliament was held on Tuesday, January 28.
Devlet Bahçeli, who had previously come to Parliament to meet with a DEM Party delegation, had told reporters upon leaving, "I will come to the group after the holiday, God willing." However, despite this statement by Bahçeli, the party group did not meet today either.

While no official statement has been made in party circles regarding the reason for Bahçeli's absence from the group meetings, the MHP's stance on parliamentary work and Bahçeli's schedule continue to be a subject of curiosity.
