Breaking News... Court ruling on Gürsel Tekin
The court has announced its interim decision in the lawsuit filed to remove the provincial president and provincial board elected at the CHP's 38th Ordinary Istanbul Provincial Congress, and to cancel the congress decisions. While the court ruled that the previously issued injunction will remain in effect, it also decided that Gürsel Tekin will continue his duties. The case has been adjourned until October 16.
The court has issued a new interim decision in the lawsuit filed with the request to suspend the provincial president and provincial board members elected at the CHP's 38th Ordinary Istanbul Provincial Congress, and to cancel the decisions taken at the congress.
The court ruled that the previously issued injunction will remain in effect.
INJUNCTION TO REMAIN IN EFFECT
In accordance with the interim decision, the previously applied injunction will maintain its validity.
With the court's decision, it was ruled that Gürsel Tekin will continue his duties.
CASE ADJOURNED UNTIL OCTOBER 16
While the court decided to continue the judicial process regarding the file, it adjourned the next hearing of the case to October 16.
