The Central Executive Board (MYK) of the CHP met at the Headquarters under the chairmanship of Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu. The convention process and changes in the organizational structure were discussed at the meeting.

The spokesperson for the administration, Müslim Sarı, is holding a press conference at the CHP Headquarters as of 17:00 regarding the agenda of the MYK.

Highlights from Sarı's speech are as follows:

"As you know, there have been evaluations regarding the situation our party has entered, especially with the absolute nullity process, that is, since May 21. Within the framework of these evaluations, as you know, I have repeatedly stated here that the corporate identity of the Republican People's Party is a red line for us, and that we have noted and are monitoring this process in a manner consistent with the responsibility that all members of the Republican People's Party bear, just like all of us, against acts, actions, and transactions that damage the corporate structure of the party.

In the past, certain decisions were taken in our previous MYKs regarding this. Decisions regarding both party discipline and dismissals. We have shared these with you as well.

Today, our organizational work was primarily evaluated. We made a general assessment regarding the attitudes of the Republican People's Party's provincial organizations, district organizations, women's branches, and youth branches in the face of this developing situation, and we have taken some decisions. I would like to share these decisions with you.

Decisions have been taken regarding the dismissal of our provincial chairs, provincial executives, and the high disciplinary board and provincial disciplinary board in some of our provinces in the Republican People's Party. I will now share these provinces with you in order."
