Addressing the call made by terrorist organization leader Abdullah Öcalan to the PKK to "lay down arms," MHP leader Bahçeli said, "The PKK's decision to dissolve by convening its congress in line with the February 27 call, immediately and without putting forward any conditions, and the surrender of bloody weapons as soon as possible is an agenda item that cannot be postponed or delayed."
