Call from Müsavat Dervişoğlu to the government on 'Israel': 'Must go beyond condemnation'

İYİ Party Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlu issued a call to the government following Israel's airstrike on Iran. 

In a statement made via his account on the social media platform X, Müsavat Dervişoğlu said, "I view the military operation carried out by Israel against our neighbor Iran as an operation that will shake regional and even global balances, and will lead not to stability but to a further escalation of the crisis." he said.

"Even though the conflict appears to be between Israel and Iran today, in terms of its consequences, it is of a nature that will shake our region and, consequently, our country, especially from an economic perspective," said Dervişoğlu, concluding his statement with the following call: 

"Therefore, I invite all countries, especially those who govern our country, to determine and display an attitude that goes beyond condemnation, and to take steps to prevent these attacks instead of making statements that encourage Israel."
