CHP İzmir Metropolitan Municipality mayoral candidate Cemil Tugay, according to a statement from his campaign office, owns an apartment where he currently resides, valued at 15 million TL according to 2024 market rates, and a 2017 model BMW 5.20 automobile valued at 2 million 200 thousand TL.

Tugay has 465 thousand 56 Turkish Liras, 3 thousand 300 US Dollars, and 9 thousand 400 Euros in cash in his bank accounts.

There are no movable or immovable assets registered in his wife's name.

Stating that he also submitted asset declarations during his tenure as Mayor of Karşıyaka, Tugay said the following:

“I am presenting my current asset declaration for public information. I will continue the diligence I have shown throughout my life on this matter with complete transparency during the Metropolitan Municipality management process. This transparency and accountability has been and will continue to be valid for my immediate family as well.”
