At the end of the chairmanship elections, which concluded in the third round, Müsavat Dervişoğlu became the new Chairman of the IYI Party, receiving the votes of 611 delegates.

After the election results were announced, former IYI Party Chairman Meral Akşener made a change to her social media account and removed the title of IYI Party Chairman from her official account.
