CHP Deputy Chairman Deniz Yücel made statements following his party's Assembly meeting.

''We came to Esenyurt with all our deputies to show our reaction to the unjust and unlawful arrest of Ahmet Özer. We examined the issue in detail. We held our Central Executive Board meeting. And we are announcing our declaration as a result of the meeting.

First of all, even the first four articles of the Constitution were targeted. The CHP will not draft a constitution with those who do not abide by the Constitution.

They invited the terrorist leader to the Parliament. The CHP has announced that it will not be part of this process.

WE HAVE FULL FAITH THAT THE KURDISH ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED

There is a Kurdish issue in Turkey, and we have full faith that it will be resolved transparently and in the Parliament. We believe that Turkey's Kurdish issue will be resolved through democratic steps. Our party has conveyed that the solution to this problem is the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM).

A setup was orchestrated against Ahmet Özer, who was made a candidate with the state's guarantee and had no criminal record.

EMERGENCY PLAN TO BE IMPLEMENTED

Starting from November 4, a 15-person delegation will be directed to Esenyurt. This delegation will determine the illegitimacy of the decisions made by the trustee and will implement an emergency plan.

We will monitor the usurpation of the popular will in Esenyurt on the ground. Our Chairman Özgür Özel has canceled all his programs within this scope.

An Esenyurt monitoring commission will be established to protect the rights of 30 thousand Esenyurt housing victims.

We will not fall into any of the government's traps.
