A new statement has come from Numan Kurtulmuş, who had targeted the first 4 articles of the Constitution with his remarks in recent days.

Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş said, "We will resolve the process of drafting a new constitution, in which there is no debate regarding the first four articles, through a democratic process."

WHAT DID NUMAN KURTULMUŞ SAY?
