Convention day at the Nationalist Movement Party
The 14th Ordinary Grand Congress of the Nationalist Movement Party will be held today. At the congress to be held at the Ankara Sports Hall, the Chairman, the Central Executive Committee, and the Central Disciplinary Committee will be elected.
The day of the convention has arrived at the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP).
The 14th Ordinary Grand Congress, which will be held today at the Ankara Sports Hall, will take place under the themes of "Love for the Country, Oath to the Ideal," "Our Ideal is Beyond Life, Beyond the Soul," and "We Existed for the Country, We Became Partners to an Ideal."
According to the report on NTV; at the congress, the chairman, the 75-member Central Executive Committee (MYK), and the 9-member Central Disciplinary Committee (MDK) will be elected. In addition, 25 substitute MYK members and 5 substitute MDK members will be determined. Following the congress, the 15-member Presidential Council will also be formed.
In the MHP, which completed its district congresses on September 27 and its provincial congresses on November 18, Chairman Devlet Bahçeli convened the MYK and MDK for the last time on February 29. Bahçeli thanked his staff for their work to date.
